Derives entirely from the vinification of Sauvignon R3 grapes, typical clone of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Straw-yellow with greenish highlights. Its bouquet is almost gamy, with sensations of yellow pepper, sage, peach and a hint of tomato-leaf. Soft and refined backbone, it finishes with a long aromatic persistence.
Pairing: mushrooms risotto, tuna carpaccio, shellfish spaghetti, grilled fish.
