Precious young Grappa, obtained from the pomace of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other native grapes destined for the noble Amarone of Valpolicella (Veneto).

TASTING NOTE: Distilled with artisanal method, it is intense with fruity notes. On the palate, it is smooth, honest and full of aroma.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: It pairs perfectly with a flavorful cheese and a dark chocolate with 60% cocoa. It also goes well with a good, not too aged, handmade cigar.
