The Primitivo wine is an indigenous grape variety of southern Italy, particularly widespread in the region of Puglia. The area of San Severo, located in the province of Foggia, is one of the most important production areas for Primitivo.

COMBINATIO: It can be combined with game, very tasty cheeses and first courses with red sauce. It is the ideai accompaniment to typical dishes of Apulian cuisine, such as “orecchiette” and “cavatelli”, enriched by vegetables such as tumip tops.
