A blend of 75% Garganega and 25% Trebbiano di Soave. All hand-harvested, certified organic fruit from vineyards in the hills around Castelcerino.
An intense and inviting white with aromas of apple, pear, citrus fruits, passion fruit and mint. The wine is dry, with beautifully fresh acidity and a long clean finish. 
Multiple previous vintages have received the Gambero Rosso's highest "Tre Bicchieri" award. This is a big step up from your average Soave
