Tasting notes: Pale pink color with orange yellow gradient. The bouquet opens with notes of fresh fruit with red and white pulp, strawberry, gooseberry and white peach predominate, releases a complexity of aromas of flowers and white fruits. On the palate the entrance is fresh, clean and dry, notes that persist throughout the tasting. The acidity is well balanced and the cleanness accompanies the aftertaste. At the end of the
mouth it shows a marked salinity
Pairings: excellent as aperitif, it goes well with sea and land appetizers, preferably with fresh cheeses and cured meats. Fresh summer first courses, even cold. Fish dishes, raw seafood and shellfish.
